At Helloshopera, we care about customer satisfaction and aim to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is wrong or defective.
The return request is raised within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
A clear and complete unboxing video is provided, recorded from package opening to product inspection, showing the issue clearly.
Returns will not be accepted if the request is made after the return window or if the unboxing video is missing or unclear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with.
Beauty, personal care, health, or hygiene products once opened.
Fragile items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
Returns requested due to personal preference, color choice, size issues, or change of mind.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Share your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on the return process.
Return approval is subject to verification of the issue through the provided video.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong product is delivered.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Unboxing video proof is compulsory for exchange approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
No exchanges are provided for size, color, design preference, or change of mind.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed about approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 8–15 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Refunds will not be issued if the product is used, damaged after delivery, returned without original packaging, or if the unboxing video is missing.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Prepaid order refunds for successful cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days.
Repeated order cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory to validate such claims.
Without video proof, replacement or refund requests will not be approved.
